At Kalee Beauty, we take immense pride in the artisanal quality of our small-batch, handmade products. Due to the nature of our botanical formulations and for the hygiene and safety of all our customers, all sales are final.

1. Our Final Sale Commitment

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or used products.

  • This ensures that every item shipped from our Toronto studio is fresh, untouched, and safe for even the most sensitive skin.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged during transit (e.g., a broken squeeze tube or leaking cap), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Skin Sensitivities & Reactions

  • While our products are formulated with gentle, child-safe, and non-toxic ingredients like jojoba and calendula, we recognize that every skin ritual is unique.

4. Cancellations

  • Since we process orders quickly to get your rituals to you, cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase.
