At Kalee Beauty, every product is handmade and hand-inspected in our Toronto studio before it begins its journey to you. We appreciate your patience as we curate your botanical rituals with the highest standards of purity.

 

1. Processing Times

  • As an artisanal brand, we prioritize quality over speed.

     

  • Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.

  • During high-volume seasons or new collection launches, please allow additional time for our small-batch production.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Domestic (Canada): We offer standard and expedited shipping across Canada via tracked services.

  • International: We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Calculated Shipping: Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Tracking Your Ritual

  • Once your order has been hand-packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once your package has been scanned by the carrier.

4. Shipping Address & Redirects

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • Due to our rapid fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

  • Kalee Beauty is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
