We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product names (e.g., Sativa Kiss), descriptions, and imagery, is the exclusive property of Kalee Beauty.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from the founder.

3. Accuracy of Product Information

We make every effort to display the colors of our 5 tints (Pink, Peach, Brown, Red, Burnt Orange) as accurately as possible.
As our products are handmade in small batches using natural pigments and oils, slight variations in color and texture are a mark of artisanal quality and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing and Modifications

Prices for our products, such as our standard unit price, are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or bundle (such as the 24-Hour Ritual) at any time.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
You may not use our products for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, including the resale of products without a formal wholesale agreement.

In no case shall our founder, directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of our botanical products beyond the purchase price of the item.
